Service On Wheel Partner provides partners with the ability to request deletion of their account.

How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate an account deletion request directly from the Service On Wheel Partner App through the account/profile settings.

To request deletion:

  1. Open the Service On Wheel Partner App.

  2. Go to Profile/Account Settings.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. Select the applicable reason for deleting your account, where requested.

  5. Confirm your account deletion request.

After confirmation, your account will be marked for deletion and access to partner features may be disabled.

What Happens After Account Deletion

When your account deletion request is processed:

  • Your partner account will be deactivated or deleted.

  • You will no longer be able to access the deleted account or receive new service assignments through it.

  • Personal information that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed from active use.

  • Certain information may be retained where necessary for legitimate business purposes or where required by law.

Information that may need to be retained can include booking history, payment and payout records, invoices, tax records, fraud-prevention records, dispute records, and other information required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Any information retained after account deletion will only be retained for the purpose for which retention is required and will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer necessary.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including secure transmission, access controls, and other industry-standard security practices.
