Customers access our online Service portal via website, IOS application or Android application to browse through different category of services as per their requirement and place orders for House hold services via their own devices.

As the order is placed via client. Data pertaining to the order will be relayed to a central computer known as the order manager in our CRM software. After the order is validated in Auto, It will display a SMS and WhatsApp message notifying the customer that their order has been successfully processed. At this point Service order can assign to the vendor, Once It assigned Auto messaging of all required details will shoot up to client as well as vendor. After completion of work, vendor will update work completion along with payment in vendor app which will automatically update in CRM Software also “Service On Wheel” is totally automated process from booking of service to completion of work with integrated SMS, WhatsApp and payment gateway.
